The new restaurant’s owner is great. I’ve been going there twice now and the quality of food is worth every penny. I definitely will be back for the fresh Iraqi bread and samoon taste so authentic. The main dish is a lot of food for one person, specifically, the teshreeb shawarma. Overall, give it a try if you’re craving a Middle Eastern food.
A very good restaurant, 100% Iraqi food especially the kabab it’s sooo delicious, service was excellent, Mr. Ahmed and coworker gave us excellent service. Very nice people. Highly recommended for Iraqi’s who looks for the original taste😋.
An excellent restaurant, and the cashier, Ahmed the Jordanian, is respectful and hospitable, and you feel that he is a friend from a long time ago, from the time you entered until you left the restaurant. Well done and a good job.
It's hard to find good authentic Iraqi cuisine in DC area but this place is at the top of the list. The Kabob is good. Grills are generally good. Grilled chicken is great and one of my favorite choices here.
I suggest visiting once at least to experience it yourself. Ahmad will make you feel special. Amazing place
Food was really delicious and restaurant was clean. They give you a lot of food. Reasonable prices and we had leftovers. We ordered Quzi, Falafel, 1 Yougurt drink, 1 water and Hummus. Total was $49.45. They still havent updated the restaurant sign
